Used Tokushu Mixer with:

  • Rotor:
    • Diameter: 90 mm 4-blade rotor
    • Direct driven by 2 horsepower, 3,450 rpm motor
  • Mounts from:
    • 11 Inch 8 bolt companion flange
    •  With Chesterton model 255 30m pai flushed mechanical seal
    • Allowing mixer to operate in pressurized or vacuum vessel at corresponding flange
  • 23 Inch long shaft - as measured under flange
  • Three post stator mounting with 75 mm diameter fixed defector plate 1.5" above top of stator
  • Hanger bracket
  • Coupling guard
  • Overall length: 48 inches
  • All stainless steel pharmaceutical grade wetted parts
