  • Application: homogeneous dispersion of extremely difficut to wet powders into a liquid stream

    • Liquid: up to 400 gallons per minute
    • Powder: up to 1000 pounds per minute
  • Tri-clamp inlet:
    • Diameter: 1.5 inches
    • Inner diameter: 0.750 inches
  • Buttlerfly valve
  • Belt driven by 3 horsepower motor
  • Includes Waukesha model 30 liquid feed pump:
    • Capacity: 8.8 gallons per minute
    • Piped to top of Y Tron mill feed
    • Driven by 1 horsepower motor with Dodge reducer, final output: 148 rpm
  • AC frequency controller by AC Tech for variable pump speed
  • Stainless steel contact surfaces construction
