Used Quadrel Labeler with:
- Production speed: variable up to 2,200 inches per minute, depending on application
- Label size range:
- Width: 0.5 - 6.875 inches
- Length: 0.5 inches to required length
- Accuracy: ± 0.03125 inches
- Label format: die cut, waste removed (minimum 1/8" between labels)
- Label rolls:
- 16" unwind with 3" diameter core
- 10" unwide with 2" diameter core
- Dorner conveyor:
- Dimensions (inches): 16 wide x 123 long x 32 high
- Driven by 1/4 horsepower DC motor
- Encoder error, label and product detection
- Right to left box flow with respect to small control panel
- Electrical requirements: 120 volts, 1 Ph, 9.6 amps
- Stainless steel and aluminum construction mounted on tubular base with casters
