Equipment Description

Used IPAK Wexxar TF-200XLQ-TP Automatic Tray Former with:

  • Large format pallet tray former
  • Set up to automatically from a pallet tray - 2 corners are glued so that 3-sides are in the upright position, one side is not glued to facilitate the placement of empty containers in the tray
  • Output:  up to 10 trays per minute
  • Inside dimensions of current tray size:  56.75 inches long x 44.25 inches wide x 3 inches tall
  • Change over time:  approximately 20 mintues
  • Nordson ProBlue 15 hot melt glue unit
  • Machine dimensions:  176 inches long x 102 inches wide x 140 inches tall
  • Allen-Bradley CompactLogix PLC
  • Never put into production
