Used 24" x 16Ft Continuous Nitrogen Freeze Tunnel with:

  • Food grade stainless steel continuous nitrogen freeze tunnel
  • Conveyor dimensions:
    • 3 Tiers
    • Stainless steel mesh
    • Width: 24 inches
    • Per tier length: approximately 16 
    • Linear conveying length: 55 feet
    • Infeed height: 32"
  • 3 inch height between tiers
  • Single feed nitrogen feed with dual sided distribution manifold spraying on each belt level at feed end of tunnel
  • 18 nozzles over top belt
  • 12 nozzles over second and third belts
  • Six internal circulation fans and thee belts are hydraulically driven with speed controls on all components
  • Norman Equipment Neo3-506 single stand alone 10 horsepower hydraulic unit
  • 6 total service doors with 3 on each side
