Used Sancassiano Mixing System with:

  • Two (2) overhead flour hopper systems
  • 10 bowl receiving station for mixed product
    • each bowl approximately 150 gallons
    • transfer bowl dimensions: 47" diameter x 24" deep
  • Four (4) carousel style bowl mixing stations with two (2) Sancassiano mixers
    •  (2) Sancassiano mixers
      • (2) spiral hooks and (1) 2" wide mixing blade with 4" diameter shaft
      • bowl dimensions: 43" diameter x 43" deep (stainless steel)
      • rotating bowls
      • stainless steel bowls
      • fully enclosed lid when mixing
  • Two (2) bowl lifts dumping from mixing station into bowl receiving station
    • dump height approximately 95" from ground level 
  • 5.5' tall guarding
  • All machines have adjustable leveling feet
