Equipment Description
Used Roberts Premade HFFS Bagger with:
- Pre-made pouches are automatically fed from a manually loaded in-feed conveyor which are then picked and placed into a indexing pouch clamp which holds the package securely through all operations.
- Output: Up to 35 pouches per minute
- Bag dimensions:
- Minimum: 4 inches wide x 6 inches tall
- Maximum: 6.25 inches wide x 15 inches tall
- Mechanical bag opener system with air blast
- Improperly opened pouches are rejected
- Intermittent motion
- Tool-less funnel and baffle changeover
- Stainless steel construction
- Mounted on heavy duty adjustable height legs
