Equipment Description

 (3) Frick 496 compressor skids with controls
      (4) modules of 2 zone valve groups for spiral freezers
      (1) ‎+20B recirculator tank..
 
Notes from Rich Products:
Photos 1783 through 1802 indicate the (3) Frick 496, 500 hp low stage skid packages.  These units have Quantum HD controllers that were installed new less than 2 years ago. 
 
Data tags for units are as follows. 
Photos 1830, 1831, 1832 & 1843 are the first unit.  Photos 1833, 1834, 1835 & 1842 are the second unit, & 1837, 1839, 1840 & 1841 are the third unit.
 
All (3) compressor skids are 22' Lg x 9' wide 8.5' tall
Oil separator tanks are 44" diameter x 11'-7" tall.  These are bolted on and can be removed to transport horizontally.  We will remove the oil.
 
Photos 1803 through 1811 are the 8 valve groups for two spiral freezers that we are removing.  The 5" RS valve in these units were replaced during 2024.  I am removing the valve groups in 4 pieces  as a weldment that will be approximately 8' x 10' x 8' high.
 
Photos 1814 through 1826 indicate +20 B recirculator tank tag .  The tanks tag is under the insulation but was duplicated on the sticker in photo 1820.  Recirculator length dimension shown in photo 1823 - 157" outside insulation.  Diameter shown in photo 1824 - 79" outside the insulation.   Height from ground photo 1825 - 61".  The pumps on this tank are new and have never been used.
