Used Complete Vacuum Blown Plastic Bottle Conveyor Line with:
- Vacuum blown conveyor - for keeping plastic bottles in place and untouched from shingling
- Approximately 200 lineal feet of complete conveyor system
- Capable of handling multiple product dimensions, currently set for 4.5 inch product
- Solace quick-change railing
- Stainless steel hood covers
- (6) New York Blower square fan blowers
- 2006
- 7.5 horsepower
- 3525 rpm
- Baldor SuperE, 1 horsepower, variable speed motors for straight lane conveyors
- Approximately 160 feet of straight lane conveyor
- (7) 90 degree curved conveyors
- Quick change corners/turns/radius
- 4 lanes of side to side lane changers to ease the transfer from conveyors
- 2 to 1 lane converter - 1 unit - manual gate
- 1 to 2 lane converter 1 unit - automated
- Vacuum blown conveyor chain (hole located in the middle so air flow will keep bottle upright and in place from moving)
- Ideal for plastic bottles cosmetics / soap / dishwasher / liquid soaps plastic bottles
- Oval liquid dishwashing plastic bottles previously ran
