Equipment Description
Used 2016 Massman Flexible Pouch Packaging System With:
- Massman Horizontal Fill & Seal Flexible pouch packager.
- 60-70 packages per minute
- Premade or Rollstock printed film
- Currently configured for 1 oz, 2.5 oz and 3 oz bags of product
- Capable of making gusset bottom pouches.
- Dual level platform made by Stone Ent. Of Omaha, NE
- 2 level so that the vibrating hopper is on a separate level and platform from the scale to isolate the movement of worker and vibrating hopper.
- Large main level to allow for cleaning of the scale equipment on the platform versus removing to ground level.
- VC999 High speed Multihead weigher.
- Wash down type IP66
- Model BMT-114X1.3 HS
- Gravity feed Metal detector
- Inline between multihead weigher and bagger.
- Ensight Solutions Column lift
- Used as an elevator system to get carts of product to top level of platform.
- This could be excluded and a conveyor system or other means could be used to feed product to the weigher.
- Last Running: Beef Jerky
The below bags are what it is set up for. The only major tooling changeover is simply changing the spacing of the bag grabbing fingers with a metal spacer device, therefore, changing to other sizes should not be a problem.
- 2.5 oz jerky bag with zipper
- 6” wide x 8” tall.
- 3.0 oz bottom gusset bag.
- 130 mm wide by 205 mm long.
- The length is easily adjustable.
- 1.0 oz
- Same width as 3.0 oz.
