The Marchant Schmidt Ultrasonic Food Grade Two-Stage Cutting System designed to reduce sheet products into individual portions. The two-stage operation makes this machine ideal for high volume cake cutting, brownie preparation, and frozen sheet pan portioning of premade meals such as lasagna. Ultrasonic technology enables the cutting of sticky or hard materials that are challenging for conventional stainless knives.
