Used Hydrocarbon Butane Natural Oil Extraction System with:
- Complete continuous system
- Designed for 1000 pound batches
- Capacity: 1000 pounds of extracted oil per day
- Three 420 gallon horizontal insulated pressure tanks:
- Ratings: ASME MAWP 250 psig at 100F with water jacket MAWP 15 psig.
- Temtek BCD-10A air cooled water chiller. Motor 10 HP:
- Refrigerant: R-410A
- Alfa Laval M6-Base heat exchanger:
- 84 square feet
- Shell and tube Alleghany Bradford, MAWP heat exchanger:
- shell/tube rated at 150 psig at 350F
- Rosedale SAN830 stainless steel cartridge filter
- Delta T Systems glycol cooling controls, Model EUW-36E . Heater 36 kw, pump 1.5 HP 230v 3/60
- Two Lee 40 gallon stainless steel jacketed tanks:
- 45 psig at 350F, Jacket 100 psi at 350F. Full vacuum vessel internal.
- Transformer 75 kva MGM. 3-phase 480v to 240v/120 CT
