Used Sonic Corporation Homogenizer with:

  • Application: uses high pressure and ultrasonic cavitational energy to create emulsions
  • Tri-clamp discharge outlet: 2 inches diameter
  • Includes Moyno 9P8-SSE-X 8" progressive cavity pump:
    • 4" Tri-clamp fitting connects to 8" flanged inlet 
    • Approximate flow rate: 20 gallons per minute
    • Discharge pressure: 600 psi
  • Driven by a 40 horsepower, 3560 rpm motor with 6.2:1 reducer
  • Stainless steel construction
  • Approximate overall dimensions (inches): 200 long x 30 wide x 32 high
