Used JBT Stein Char Marker with: 

  • Marking speed: up to 6 feet per minute
  • Maximum product clearance: 4.5 inches
  • Char rings 3/16" wide with 1/2" spacing
  • Conveyor specs:
    • Wire mesh belt
    • Width: 40 inches
    • Length: approximately 60 inches
  • Floating ring design: 
    • Follows product contours
    • Accommodates varying product heights
  • Gas fired:
    • 1.25" NPT gas line required
    • Gas: 20 CFM @ 9" WC
    • Dual 0.6 million BTU/hour gas burners with flame sensors
