Equipment Description
The Wilevco patented Spinning Disc Applicator precisely and uniformly applies coatings
of almost any viscosity with no messy airknives, dips or waterfalls.
Used Wilevco Rotary Atomization Spray Applicator with:
- Spray applicator which utilizes spinning discs to apply coating to product
- Maximum particulate size: 5/16 inch
- Conveyor width: 40 inches
- Applies a uniform coating without air knives and eliminates over and under coated product
- (4) top spinning discs and (2) bottom spinning discs
- Variable conveyor speeds
- (2) stainless steel positive displacement pumps
- Stainless steel reservoir tank
- Allen-Bradley PanelView Plus 600 touch screen HMI
- Applications: flavor added coatings, barrier coatings, sauce and glaze, slurries, oils, chocolate, seasoned butter, etc
- Onboard heater
- Electrical requirements: 460 volts, 60 hertz, 3 phase
