Description
The Urschel Model M Dicer is suited for cutting frozen-tempered, fresh-chilled, or hot-cooked beef, pork, or poultry in addition to leafy vegetables and bakery/snack products. Common applications include processing of leafy products, bacon, beef brisket, jerky, brownies/cakes, poultry, leek, pet food, pork skins, seafood, texturized vegetable protein, extruded meats, meat slabs, and various bakery/snack items. Active feeding options include inner product guide to assist with feeding of flat or leafy products or use of a top belt assembly with an angled feed belt to gradually compress product before entering the cutting unit.

Equipment Rental Overview
Renting from SIGMA Equipment offers a cost-effective solution for short- to mid-term processing and packaging needs. Our standard rental agreement provides flexibility while ensuring professional standards for transport, insurance, and operational use. Customers are responsible for equipment setup and maintenance during the rental term, with option to purchase additional setup and training from SIGMA's shop.

- Minimum Rental Period: Two months
- Initial Payment: First month's rent plus a refundable deposit
- Rental Credits: 50% of paid rental can be applied toward purchase (on-time payments only)

- Shipping: Lessee responsible for dedicated transport both ways (no LTL carriers)
- Return Requirements: Must be returned on original skid; early returns may incur fees
- Insurance: $1,000,000 liability and full coverage on equipment required
- Maintenance: Lessee handles operation, upkeep, and consumables during rental
