The LSA-160 Vertical Shrink Sleeve Applicator is capable of running full body shrink sleeve labels and tamper evident banding. Its compact design and economical price provides a good entry point for companies looking to automate their packaging line. It can run a wide range of shapes and sizes up to 100 products per minute. Featuring a plug and play design and taking up minimal floor space it can be integrated into production lines quickly and easily. The film delivery system uses a mandrel and servo motors to provide consistent quality and performance. Its cutting unit is modularized and changeovers can be done in minutes. The PLC and touch screen HMI provide reliable machine control and allow the operator to easily input new cut length parameters.
