Equipment Description
The Switchback AI-2H Brewpack JR is a high speed, intermittent motion servo-load style cartoner for can lines. It features a rugged design for high performance and longevity, and comes with an Allen Bradley Kinetix servo drives to control your product load, flight chains and carton erector. The Switchback AI-2H Brewpack 200 also features a recirculation conveyor to reduce back pressure and retain tight control over your cans throughout the entire collation cycle.
- Output: up to 50 cartons per minute, depending on application
- Pack formats: 4, 6, 8, 9, 12, 15, 16, 18, 24 packs with proper change parts, (not included)
- Adjustable to various can sizes 250ml to 19.2oz (550ml)
- Nordson ProBlue 7 hot melt system with intermittent compression
