Used Somat SPC-60S Close-Coupled Pulper Hydra-Extractor with:

  • Stand alone food service waste unit
  • Comprised of a pulper directly connected to a Hydra-Extractor
  • Provide an efficient answer to reducing waste volume at the collection source in situations where facility constraints don't permit more centralized waste collection
  • Capacity:  approximately 1000 pounds per hour of food service waste mix
  • 304 stainless steel components
  • Fresh water requirements:  12 gpm at 30 PSI
  • Drain requirements:  3 inch minimum floor sink with stainless steel removable basket recommended
