Used ID Technology 250 Label Applicator w Sato Printer with:
- (2) Sato print engines and ID Technology 250 label applicators on a frame
- Microprocessor-driven on a single board
- 4 inch tamp stroke
- 8 inch diameter maximum rewind roll capacity (approximately 1500 feet of standard 40# liner)
- Regulators and air gauges controlling tamp, air assist and vacuum pressures
- Air requirements: clean dry air at 80 psi minimum to 120 psi dependent upon the application method and rate
- Product detectors sense the product and send a signal to the applicator to commence the labeling cycle. The detector is generally mounted in the desired location on the conveyor to trigger the applicator. To assist in the detection and labeling process, delays can be introduced in fine tuning label placement
- Label roll size: 12 inch outside diameter x 3 inch inside diameter
- Label style: die cut, waste removed, outside wound, with 1/8 inch minimum gap in the running direction
- Standard label size:
- 6.6 inch x 7.2 inch maximum
- 1 inch x 2.5 inch minimum
- Conveyor in photos is not included
