New Polypack Tango II 24L Intermittent Shrink Wrap Bundler with:

• Can be manufactured to run unsupported, pad-supported or tray-supported products
• Trays arrive automatically in single file (long side leading) onto inline infeed conveyor. Conveyor moves products onto the wrapping belt. One sheet of polyethylene film (from single roll) is perforated, then separated from the roll and wrapped around the products with an overlap underneath. The bundles travel through dual heat tunnel to shrink film tightly around the products and seal the bottom film overlap. 
• Wrapped trays will have a bottom overlap and bullseye openings on the sides
• Production output rate: Up to 20 bundles per minute, depending on product
• Product height: 2 to 12 inches
