• The thermoformer makes packing moulds from a flexible or stiff lower web in the forming station, which are "thermoformed" using heat, vacuum and pressure 
• The packs can be filled manually or automatically from above, then are hermetically sealed with a top film and separated from each other
• The R530 only requires a small number of operating staff which lowers personnel cost significantly
• Operator control screen interface mounted on a swivel arm for easy access around the machine
• Owner has 8 to 10 sets of dies for this machine
• Film rollers are 22 inches wide
