Used Lyco Model 8600 Vapor Flow Rotary Blancher with:
- Application: green beans, corn, peas, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes, carrots, other vegetables
- Cooks with steam or water
- Product is fed into the in-feed flume.
- Product is augered through the cylinder for a given retention time.
- Steam is injected at the base of the cylinder at multiple points.
- Product discharges out the discharge chute
