Used LVO Washer with:
- Fully automatic with (4) rotating stainless steel spray arms
- Capacity/output:
- Wash capacity: 36 sheet pans, utensils or (2) 140 quart mixing bowls
- Minimum cycle times:
- Wash: 3 minutes
- Rinse: 40 seconds
- Recirculation pump:
- 15 Horsepower
- Recirculates approximately 240 gallons per minute @ 50-60 psi
- Wash tank capacity: 70 gallons
- Rinse tank: (2) 9 KW electric booster heaters to boost 140° incoming water to 180 - 195° Fahrenheit sanitizing rinse water
