Used Krones Robobox Conveyor with:
- Inline, robotic grouping system for assembling product layers prior to palletizing
- Packs are fed into grouping module in one or more lanes
- Robotic, 3-axis tripod gripper head
- Gripper head is lowered onto the packs and picks them up individually or in groups - depending on desired layer pattern
- Servo motor driven gripper head
- Positive turning and distribution of the packs - also optimal for non-carbonated products
- Excellent choice for non-carbonated products and lightweight containers
- Previous application: sorting and grouping 1 gallon 6 pack cases and 1 gallon single bottles for palletizing
- Nominal speed: 14,000 cases per hour up to maximum of 18,000 cases per hour, depending on product
