Description
Used K&R PBI Poly Bag Inserter and Tape Case Erector with:
- Function: Feed/erect K/D case from case magazine, index case to bag insertion station, unwind poly-bag from roll stack, cuff separated bag over extended upper flaps, insert bag with air evacuation system, index case through bottom closing shoes and 3 inch taping head, case then exits machine
- Case size range:
- Minimum: 10 inches long x 6 inches wide x 6 inches tall
- Maximum: 12 inches long x 12 inches wide x 15 inches tall
- K/D: 24 inches (K/D equals length plus width of the box in flat position)
- Air requirements: 80 psi
- Suggested gusseted poly bag sizes:
- 14 inch face x 11.5 inch gusset x 26 inches long
- 13.25 inch face x 10 inch gusset x 23.5 inches long
- Output: up to 15 cases per minute
