- Water sprays over the entire shell length, mixing the steam and water, creating a temperature throughout the retort.
- System: steam water spray

- Cooling via plate heat exchanger saves water and eliminates the need for water treatment chemicals
- Temperature distribution uniformity to +/- 0.5 Celsius or less, with 0.1 C and 0.01 bar display accuracy
- Stainless steel construction
- Product sterilization
- Alfa-Laval heat exchanger
- Included:
- 6 baskets (36x40x38)
- 5 basket carts (purpose built for the included baskets)
