Used IWKA CPS-R Cartopack Cartoner with:
- Horizontal end load cartoner

- Output: 300 cartons per minute
- Adjustable 3 chain machine on 6 inch centers
- Carton size range:
- Length: 25 - 125 millimeters
- Width: 16 - 80 millimeters
- Depth: 55 - 180 millimeters
- Nordson 3100 hot melt glue system
- 3 foot long carton magazine with Siko gauge adjustment
- Three head rotary carton feeder
- 8 foot long adjustable bucket infeed system
- Currently set up to accommodate Guk sheet fed leaflet feeder for "U" type leaflet insertion
- Previously used for blisters in OTC pharmaceutical operation
