Description
A used countercurrent fruit extractor is a piece of industrial equipment designed to efficiently extract juice from solid fruit matter by using a system where extraction fluid flows in the opposite direction of the fruit solids. These extractors typically consist of a horizontal channel or a screw conveyor that moves the fruit solids, while the extraction fluid (like water or another solvent) flows in the opposite direction. The contact between the solids and fluid allows for the extraction of juice, with the separated juice and extracted solids exiting the machine at different points
