Used Hinds-Bock 4P-01S High Speed Meal Kit Depositor with:
- Designed for the high speed depositing of sauce pellets for meal kits and for the high speed depositing of sauce, condiments and fillings into thermo formed cavities of horizontal vacuum formers or pre-made cups.
- Output: up to 5700 portions per minute, depending on viscosity
- Hopper dimensions: 32 inch diameter x approximately 15 inches deep
- Product hopper volume: approximately 50 gallons
- Agitated hopper
- (2) 3.5 inch diameter hopper infeeds
- (4) servo driven JEC LTD positive displacement pumps for moving product from the hopper to the depositing nozzles
- Servo driven orbital spout bridge allows the nozzles to follow product down the conveyor belt
- Stainless steel construction
- Allen-Bradley PanelView Plus 700 HMI
