Description

The Heinkel HF1000.1 is a 1,000 mm horizontal inverting filter centrifuge constructed from Hastelloy C, designed for high-efficiency solid-liquid separation in demanding applications. It features a 200-liter bowl volume, a 1.26 m² filter area, and operates at a maximum speed of 1,270 RPM, generating up to 900 g-force. The centrifuge is equipped with a 100 HP main motor and a 15 HP axial motor, all housed within a robust frame. Notably, it offers residual-heel-free product discharge, making it ideal for processing high-potency active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and other sensitive materials. The unit is fully automated and CGMP-compliant, with options for pressure-assisted centrifugation (PAC) to further reduce residual moisture. Dimensions are approximately 5,100 mm in length, 2,300 mm in width, and 2,600 mm in height, with a total weight around 8,900 kg. This model is well-suited for industries requiring precise and hygienic separation processes.
