Grote’s Slicer/Applicator merges slicing and applying into one automated process. It places product slices directly onto moving surfaces like buns, pizza crusts, trays, and oven belts. The system can adjust production speeds, reaching up to 176 strokes per minute per lane. Additionally, the Slicer/Applicator can handle bulk slicing, stacking, and shingling into individual portions.
