Used Groen TA-125 Stainless Steel Kettle with:

- -20 degrees Fahrenheit at 45 pounds per square inch

- Twin action bridge mounted agitation:
- (1) Center mount sweep agitator with finger scraper blades
- Motor: two speed 5/2.5 horsepower gear reducer
- 26 rotations per minute with reduced 13 rotations per minute
- (1) Off center inverted tree style agitator with bar type #3
- Motor: two speed 3/1.5 horsepower gear reducer
- 69 rotations per minute with reduced 34 rotations per minute
- (1) Center mount sweep agitator with finger scraper blades

- Outlet: 2 inch bottom NPT threads and 2" ball valve
- Two (2) removable flat stainless steel covers
