- Complete packaging line with 12-1 counter pressure filler with single head ROPP capper
- Fills, caps and labels up to 22 bottles per minute
- Ability to fill carbonated or flat beverages
- 36 inch long x 24 inch wide pack on table
- 12 clamp rotary rinser
- 12 valve rotary counter pressure filler
- Sight glass
- Approximate 30 gallon capacity stainless steel fill tank, automatic, with float valve
- Overhead vibrating cap feeder for 38mm ROPP
- ROPP capper set up for a 38 mm cap diameter
- GPW-120 labeler with hot stamp coder and digital unit display
- 3 inch core diameter
- Up to 18 inch roll diameter
- 36 inch diameter Garvey pack off/accumulation table
- Conveyor that runs from beginning to end for continuous packaging from empty bottle to rinsed, filled, capped, labeled and dated
- Automatic stopper between rinser and filler
- Emergency stops on all units
- Adjustable speed on all units
- All 304/316L stainless steel contact parts
- Compressed air operated bottle indexing system
