Description
The Tu-Way cheese cutter automatically slices smaller portions from blocks of wire-cuttable cheese for various applications like packaging, shredding, and mixing. The operation is safe and economical: the operator places the cheese on the cutting platen, closes the safety door, and presses the start lever. The cheese passes through vertical and horizontal wire harps, cutting it into sections with specific wire spacing. The sliced cheese is discharged within a minute, ready for packaging or further processing.
