Equipment Description
New Fischbein PILS 300 Stainless Steel Pinch Inner Liner Sealer with:
- Continuous sealing that seals the bag's inner liner and then exterior of pre-glued pinch bag
- Designed for pinch style multi-wall paper bags that have a polyethylene inner liner 1 to 3 mil thick
- Production output rate: Up to 75 linear feet per minute, depending on application
- Need 7 inches of bag top to run through sealer (no min or max size)
- 304 stainless steel frame, mechanical parts, valves and control box
- Motorized height adjustable pedestal
- Breakaway feature
- Operator "On/off" safety switch
- Keypad VFD controller
- Bag jam detector
- Manual feed bag top guide
- Over temperature sensor shut down
- Bag top air scrubber (removes product debris from seal area)
- 24 volt AC control voltage
- Gears, shafts, brackets, steel parts and fasteners are upgraded to stainless steel or nickel plating
- Aluminum parts are anodized
- NEMA 4x rated stainless steel electrical enclosures, closed cartridge heaters
- IPGG rated gear motors added
- Electricals: 230/380/460 voltage / 3 phase
- Options:
- Extended infeed system for automated applications
- Left to right operating direction
- Reverse fold-rear direction
- Additional motor starter and contactor for conveyor
- 575 voltage / 3 phase
