- 4000 pound capacity (approximately 55 cubic feet)
- Stainless steel construction
- Dual shaft ribbons
- 48 inches from floor to the outfeed
- Outfeeds are two half moon sealed gates, 24 inches x 9 inches which are opened by 10 inch pneumatic cylinders on the front of the blender
- Previously used for meat products
