Used Denver Style Heavy Duty Ball Mill with:

  • EPLI 180 horsepower motor
    • 1200 rotations per minute
  • Reducer
    • Parallel shaft reducer
    • 5:1 ratio.
  • Heavy duty special
  • Shell fabricated with ASTM steel plates (3/4 in. thick)
  • Cast steel flanges and heads SAE 1045
    • Reinforced with 2 ½ in. ribbing
    • Magnesium liners in heads
    • Heads attached to the shell by bolts, with independent trunnions made of cast iron, fixed to the head by bolts, with load and discharge trunnion
  • Cast iron main bearings, auto-alignment type
  • Steel countershaft SAE 1045, mounted over two split case type bearing
  • Cast steel pinion and bull gear SAE 1045, single helical, protective cover with access for lubrication and receiver tray
  • Complete with:
    • Pinion Gear
    • Shell 
    • Heads
    • Main Bearings and Bearing Caps
    • Bearing Base
    • Sole Plates
