Equipment Description

Used Custom Piston Filler with:

  • Features:
    • Extruded aluminum conveyor body
    • Conveyor dimensions (inches): 2 wide x 84 long
    • Pneumatically operated (4) container indexing station at filler
  • (4) Pistons:
    • Diameter: 0.5 inches each
    • Operated by motor driven ACME screw 
    • Threaded micro adjustment at each piston
  • Filling nozzles:
    • Diameter: 0.1875 inches
    • Mechanically driven
    • Centers: 1.5 inches
  • Pistons, valve block, fill nozzles and product feed line housed in stainless steel heated box with hinged see through font cover
  • Electric heater and recirculating blower
  • Product feed line has inlet and outlet for continuous source of material from heated process
  • Discharge tunnel: equipped with ceramic heaters & recirculating fans to smooth filling imperfections
  • Includes variety of indexing wheels and miscellaneous parts
  • Stainless steel construction
