This ergonomically designed pick and pack system features a hands-free indexing system that positions cases and products for optimal operator comfort, minimizing repetitive wrist and arm motions. Variable speed product infeed and on-demand case presentation combined with available 1-, 2- or 3-operator stations provide ultimate flexibility. We strongly discourage using LTL or Common Carriers for industrial equipment. These carriers often leave shipments unsecured and transfer them between terminals, increasing the risk of damage. Without added insurance, your shipment is unlikely to be covered for loss or damage.
Equipment Rental Overview
Renting from SIGMA Equipment offers a cost-effective solution for short- to mid-term processing and packaging needs. Our standard rental agreement provides flexibility while ensuring professional standards for transport, insurance, and operational use. Customers are responsible for equipment setup and maintenance during the rental term, with option to purchase additional setup and training from SIGMA's shop.
Key Rental Highlights:
- Minimum Rental Period: Two months
- Initial Payment: First month's rent plus a refundable deposit
- Rental Credits: 50% of paid rental can be applied toward purchase (on-time payments only)
- Equipment Condition: Provided as is; may require minor repairs or change parts
- Shipping: Lessee responsible for dedicated transport both ways (no LTL carriers)
- Return Requirements: Must be returned on original skid; early returns may incur fees
- Insurance: $1,000,000 liability and full coverage on equipment required
- Maintenance: Lessee handles operation, upkeep, and consumables during rental
