Used CMI Equipment Slit and Blow Onion Peeling Machine with:
- Maximum output: up to 60 onions per minute
- Three section operation:
- Circular scoring knife loosens outer skins
- Tip and tail cutter knives automatically adjust to onion size
- Roll and blow air peel skin removal
- Hopper infeed for bag dump
- Compressed air at (approx) 100 cfm @ 100 psi
- All stainless steel construction
