Equipment Description

The Climax Packaging DP4 Drop Packer is a machine designed to automatically pack round plastic and glass bottles and plastic tubs into corrugated cases by dropping them into the designated portions within the case.

Speed: up to 20 cases/minute
Stainless steel drip pan
Belt type case conveyor to transport empty case to the case elevator
Air cushioned case elevator
Downstream backup detection sensor
Three plastic belt mat top conveyors
Stainless steel adjustable lane guides
Quick adjust lane spacers
Flag system (one for each lane) to confirm container position and pack pattern
Adjustable case guide rails with Valu Guide hand ratchet adjustments
Carbon steel construction with a two-part stainless steel epoxy paint primer and
finish coat is standard.
Lift arm: 1.5 horsepower variable speed motor
Container conveyor: 1 horsepower fixed speed motor
Case conveyor: .5 HP fixed-speed motor
