Used Bivans 54L Convey-O-Mat Tuck Hand Load Cartoner with:
- Cabinet style enclosure in painted mild steel
- Stainless steel carton handling parts
- Output: 30 to 60 cartons per minute, depending on carton dimensions
- Designed for straight or reverse tuck cartons
- Carton dimensions:
- Depth: 7/8 inches to 5 inches
- Width: 3/8 inches to 3.5 inches
- Height: 1.25 inches to 12 inches
- Lesson 1/2 horsepower main drive
- 90 volt dc with variable speed controller mounted in external electrical enclosure with hinged cover
- Pneumatically operated venturi provides suction for carton pick up arm which stands erected cartons in vertical position and then are mechanically discharged
- Transparent safety enclosure over carton erection area
- Hinged or removal able service doors on three sides
- Mounted on casters
