The original Scale-O-Matic model S400 from A.M. Manufacturing company is a single pocket automatic dough divider / rounder combination that will accurately divide and round a wide variety of bakery products. The model S400 gives high production (Approx. 2,000 pieces per hour) while maintaining consistent quality.
