Description

Used Alloyd 4S-CBE 4 Station Rotary Blister Sealer with:

  • 4 station blister style sealer which automatically feeds pre-formed plastic blisters into tooling positioned on a rotary turntable. It automatically indexes the tooling and blisters to the open station where the operator manually loads product into the blisters. Automatically feeds die cut, adhesive coated cards on top of the product and blisters. Automatically applies heat and pressure to seal the blister/product/card packages together. Automatically ejects the finished packages to a conveyor, packaging table, or similar arrangement. 
  • Previous use:
    • Package rolls of tape in blister style packages
    • 2.75 inch diameter, 2.125 inch diameter and 2 inch diameter rolls of tape, all 0.75 inch wide
    • Blisters sizes: abd
  • Machine speed: 10 to 20 indexes per minute
  • Packages per minute: indexes per minute (10 to 20) multiplied by the number of packages per nesting tray
  • Package size: 
    • Maximum card: 8 inches x 10 inches
    • Maximum blister flange: 6 inches x 9 inches
