- Central lube points for bearings
- Thompson shafts used for linear bushing surfaces
- Safety interlocked "Lexan" guarding and access panels
- 0.5 Horsepower motor
- Braked casters on adjustable legs (raises 10 inches)
- Speeds up to 90 cartons per minute
- Tooling is made of all stainless steel construction
- Relay logic for controls
- Self locking tray design
- Last ran corrugated trays for small battery packs: 4.88 inches x 3.75 inches
