The S-217 Firemixer is the electric version of the traditional S-217 Gas FireMixer, tailored for large-scale production. Ideal for facilities limited to electric cookers, it offers the perfect solution for such production spaces.
The S-217 Electric FireMixer features a coiled electric heating element for rapid heating and a percentage timer control to regulate the batch cooking rate effectively.
