Used Mollers HSA Automatic Stretch Hooding System with:

It is fully automatic to form and place polyethylene bags over pallet loads. The rugged tubular steel frame construction includes the film drive system, precision film impulse sealing system and flying knife film cut-off. Motor operated bag spreader arms system, vertical bag placing carriage, pallet conveyor and all electrical controls required. The machine automatically forms the bag from a continuous roll of gusseted film. The film is pulled from the stock roll by rubber covered drive rollers, passing the film down through the seal bars. The top of the bag is sealed and cut to correct length. The formed bag is stretched, horizontally and vertically, and pulled down over the pallet load, which is discharged to the following pallet handling conveyor. It includes under pallet stretch function to maximize load stability and protection against the elements.
