Kegs are externally washed once loaded on the line and then once loaded onto the Walking Beam they are internally cleaned with Caustic, Acid, and then sterilized using Steam. Once connected to the filling head and the pressure is validated the filling is completed in ~60 seconds for a 1/2BBl keg. However this is all programmable and the hold times at each station can be adjusted.
