Used Grote S/A 530 and SL-30 Pendulum Slicer & Slitter Combo with:
Grote Slicer/Applicators combine slicing and applying into a single, automated operation. The combined slice & apply functions eliminate the need for manual pre-slicing and hand placement often needed with production lines. Automated application ensures accurate, consistent placement & fresher slices. Product logs may be loaded continuously into the product holders while the slicer is in operation. The logs are cut by Grote's patented AccuBand blade system.
Output: 176 strokes per minute (depending on applciation)
Ideal products:
most boneless/non frozen meat, poultry, fish, cheese, fruit, vegetables and bread products.
Cutting zone: 30 inches wide
30 inch wide slitter attachment for strip cutting after horizontal slicing
